2月10日，庆铃汽车携手联友科技成功举办“新能源数字化运营管理平台”项目启动会，标志着双方在新能源领域的深度合作迈入新阶段，通过数智化技术升级新能源汽车运营管理模式。庆铃汽车集团副总经理陈代劲、联友科技副总经理朱播等双方领导及核心项目负责人出席本次会议。

随着新能源创新销售模式的快速发展，传统线下管理模式面临效率低、资产风险高等挑战。庆铃汽车携手联友科技构建“新能源数字化运营管理平台”，通过大数据和车联网数字化手段，实现资产全流程安全、透明、高效、精细化管理与汽车经营性租赁全面管理、全流程线上化、数字化。同时，赋能经销商、运营商等生态合作伙伴营销业务，助力庆铃汽车在绿色城配新模式上行稳致远，开拓更广阔的市场。

💡 资管智控，购车畅办：打通DMS平台，优化购车业务流程一站式处理，提高业务处理效率和客户满意度，实现额度管理的自动化和实时化，确保相关业务部门及时获取和调整资产额度信息，避免额度超支和管理混乱。

💡 线上管仓，租行无忧：构建线上化仓库管理体系，为客户提供一站式资产租赁解决方案，实现选车一键直达、租车便捷交付、换车无缝衔接；车务管理提供从保养维修、年审保险到出险违章处理等全生命周期快速响应、悉心呵护。

💡 监控租行，防控风险：搭建车辆租用运营监控体系，通过大数据和车联网技术对车辆租用环节进行深度监控，有效管控业务风险，全面覆盖车辆分布态势监控、车辆（行驶、停车、充电、离线）动态跟踪、精准行驶轨迹记录、智能预警以及紧急锁车等关键环节，保障业务稳定运行。

会上，双方领导高度重视项目的战略合作，对推进方向提出重要指导。
